I would like to hear explanations from WOH people as to why so little has been done in response to the earthquake in Haiti. There must be a story that is not being told. What are the specifics of that story and who is holding up the progress?
Why is Preval so quiet and withdrawn and not doing anything much? Why have so few people been moved out of tarps and tents into safer and more permanent housing? It appears to me that a great deal of money has been donated and pledged, and yet almost nothing happens. What is the holdup?
